GenAI Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to join our team and build an enterprise-grade GenAI platform that powers document intelligence, AI assistants, and automated workflows across lending business lines. This is a real production impact role, not a research or POC role. Key Responsibilities • Design scalable GenAI workflows used across the business • Build AI-driven document ingestion & data extraction systems (with traceability & accuracy) • Develop agentic AI assistants embedded into enterprise systems • Create automated reporting & content generation workflows • Own LLMOps practices: evaluation, monitoring, prompt/version management • Implement governance, PII controls, and secure AI architecture Requirements • 5+ years full-stack engineering (Python or Java) • 2+ years hands-on GenAI experience in enterprise environments • Strong experience with RAG, agentic workflows, tool calling • Proven track record building production-grade LLM systems • Deep understanding of LLMOps, evaluation metrics, and reliability • Experience with vector search, retrieval pipelines, and data ingestion Benefits • Hybrid role – 3 days onsite in NYC • Candidates must be based in NYC or within commutable distance • No relocation / remote options at this time
