Staff Software Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team developing autonomous AI-based cliniciens that redefine healthcare services. Key Responsibilities • Design and architect distributed AI systems for healthcare applications • Develop enterprise-level backend systems with a focus on Python • Build platforms based on Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and AI agent architectures • Design highly reliable and scalable architectures for critical medical environments Requirements • Minimum 7 years of experience in developing complex software systems • Strong expertise in Python and backend development • Architectural thinking and experience in designing scalable distributed systems • Ability to transform ambiguous problems into elegant technical solutions • Experience in a dynamic startup environment with high autonomy and responsibility • Experience with AI/ML platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, or Reinforcement Learning • Knowledge of technologies like Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, or AWS is a plus Benefits • Opportunity to contribute to one of the most ambitious AI products in healthcare globally • Work alongside exceptional engineers developing cutting-edge AI solutions
