About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect Developer/Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise Amazon Connect solutions in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop enterprise Amazon Connect solutions
• Support Amazon Connect implementations in a healthcare setting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
• 12+ years of Software Engineering/Architecture experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, queues, routing, CCP, Lex, integrations)
• Strong coding experience in Java or Node.js
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, EC2, ECS)
• CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and cloud architecture experience
• Knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes/OpenShift is a plus
Preferred Skills
• Python, Node.js
• Cyara Designer
• Angular, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
